Product Development

Polymer product development can be done using our lab scale extruders or our production machines. Full range of auxiliary equipment is available for use in the development program. Development materials can be tested for a wide range of physical and mechanical properties in our in-house laboratory.

Our smaller scale machinery allows us to create sample scenarios prior to running the material through the twin, and single extruder machines and the rest of the processes at the facility. With our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certified labs, we’re able to produce materials custom catered to your injection molding needs. As seen in the library of photos below, we have testing machinery and computer based software and hardware to give us accurate readings of all physical, mechanical, and thermal properties of polymers
